These terms apply to montage.events and to every celebration booked with Montage Signature Events ("Montage", "we"). By reserving a date or paying an invoice, you agree to them. Your signed proposal or contract sets out your specific services and takes priority where it differs from these terms.
Your proposal lists the services, coverage hours, deliverables and total investment for your celebration. Changes to services after booking are confirmed in writing and may change the total.
Your date is reserved once the retainer (25% of your total, unless your proposal states otherwise) is received, due within 7 days of the proposal. The remaining balance is due before your celebration, by the date on your invoice. Payments are processed securely by bank transfer or card. We may release your date or pause services if a payment is overdue.
All payments, including the retainer, are non-refundable unless Montage agrees otherwise in writing. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and date changes.
You agree to give us accurate event details, access to the venue at the agreed times, and timely answers to planning questions. Requirements from your venue, such as power, load-in times or noise limits, should be shared with us as early as possible.
You receive your edited gallery and films for personal use. Montage keeps the copyright and may share selected images and clips in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.
If an emergency, severe weather or other event outside our control prevents us from performing, we will first offer a qualified replacement or a new date. If neither is possible, we will refund payments for services we could not provide.
Our total liability for any claim related to your celebration is limited to the amount you paid Montage for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
